In collaboration with the shakuhachi player and flautist Suizan J.-F. Lagrost, Ikuko performs an exciting programme, consisting of shakuhachi honkyoku, works for flute and piano, works for shakuhachi and piano, including To-o-ne (The Echoes), newly composed for her by the Japanese composer Yasunoshin Morita, and works for solo flute and piano. Enjoy the contrast and ensemble between these instruments.
